Over the last two years I was fortunate enough to share with you folks many tips on grant proposal writing… Today, I will give you a snapshot of the key points on what makes a good proposal.
There are many reasons proposals could fail or funding opportunities are lost. Below are the main reasons proposals fail:
The Health Technologies Fund is a new funding program administered by OCE among other funding programs for Ontario companies, with up to $500,000 available per project.
The Energy Innovation Program (EIP) is part of the Government of Canada’s bid to support clean energy and efficient energy usage, with a maximum of $5M available per project.
The Automotive Supplier Innovation Program (ASIP) is a 5 year, $100M program that provides non-repayable funding to Canadian-based suppliers developing innovative products and/or processes in the automotive sector.
Today we will discuss a new funding program for Ontario small business owners. The Ontario Jobs and Prosperity Fund is a family of funds that includes: The New Economy Stream, The Strategic Partnerships Stream, The Food and Beverage Growth Fund, and Forestry Growth Fund. The Jobs and Prosperity Fund is intended to stimulate a globally competitive business environment in Ontario by providing $2.5B over 10 years.
